In just 90 days, I successfully designed over 200 thumbnails for more than 5 different YouTube channels, including well-known names like Channel Frederator, The Amagi, Chris Pirillo, Cinematica, and Leaderboard. This project required extensive research and a deep understanding of each channel's audience to create compelling thumbnail designs that would capture attention and drive engagement. From concept to final design, every element was carefully crafted to enhance click-through rates, ultimately contributing to the growth and visibility of these channels. The results speak for themselves, with significant improvements in viewer engagement across all platforms.

Our work included redesigning their logo and website, implementing social proofing, enhancing their social media presence, and stabilizing their ad account through proper audience testing and creative experimentation. By addressing the challenges they faced—such as poor website flow, lack of social proof, and ineffective marketing efforts—we successfully boosted conversions for their makeup and beauty courses, leading to remarkable growth.

After presenting multiple design options, our work was personally selected by the Honourable Chief Minister 💥 These designs were subsequently published on March 30th and April 1st by major newspapers, including The Hindu, Dinakaran, Dinamani, and many others, in both Tamil and English editions.
